Abstract

The area of Cintakarya Village, Parigi Subdistrict, Pangandaran Regency has good potential for fish farming because it is fed by a water source that never dries up despite the dry season. The potential of this area has been utilised by local residents to conduct tilapia fish farming activities. However, these aquaculture activities are not followed by post-harvest activities that can be carried out by the cultivators so that the potential for economic improvement has not been maximised. Efforts to improve the economy from the post-harvest processing sector are important to do considering the potential for these activities is wide open with the existence of abundant raw materials. The purpose of the training on nil aini-based fish processing aims to increase community income according to local resources. Efforts to improve the community's economy in the processing sector are carried out in stages and programmed with various forms of activities ranging from counselling, technical assistance, and the establishment of marketing relationships. Based on evaluation and input from the community, PKM activities carried out by the Fishery Product Processing study program have benefits for the Cintakarya village community. The benefits in question are in the form of business profits of 40% of the capital used.
